What is GoodFood.ph?
GoodFood.ph is the newest experience in online food grocery shopping. While you enjoy the comforts of your home or office, we will deliver your most-loved food brands — from your breakfast of Dolce Gusto and Fitnesse; to your cooking needs from Maggi; of course, your kids’ favorites Nido, Milo and Koko Krunch and so much more brands sourced from the world’s largest food and beverage company, NESTLÉ.
What can I buy from GoodFood.ph?
NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto is our first brand feature on the site. We’ll be featuring more leading food brands in the coming months. Subscribe to our mailing list to be updated on GoodFood news and exclusive offers.
When do you process orders?
Orders are processed daily until 12:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday, all orders placed after 12:00 P.M., during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How do I reach Customer Service?
You may click here to contact GoodFood.ph. You may also e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply to your query within the next business day.
I can't register, what do I do?
For technical concerns, you may reach out to email@example.com or Chat them using Facebook Messenger.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellation fee only applies to the NESCAFE Dolce Gusto Home Starter Plan. If the user cancels within 12 months of subscribing, user just needs to pay 50% of the machine SRP.

How do I update my contact information?
To update your contact information, go to My Account > Account Profile
How can I view my Order History?
To view your order history, go to My Account > Orders
Can I change my e-mail address in my account?
Yes. You may change your e-mail address. GoodFood.ph will send a confirmation to your new e-mail address when you have updated it from your account.
Can I also register for an account at GoodFood.ph?
Yes. You may register via the “Register” button on the upper-right corner of the page. You may also register by clicking here. You will have better access to your current order details and our newsletter.
How do I change my account information?
Upon logging in to your account, you may update or edit your account information by clicking on the My Account button.
How do I subscribe?
You can subscribe in 4 easy steps:
1. Register for an account
2. Choose a subscription plan
3. Checkout and agree to the terms and conditions
4. Automatically receive orders on the first month and every month after!
How do I register?
Just make an account at https://subscriptions.goodfood.ph/register/ to sign up! You can also browse the site first to see what you like then sign up once you're ready to Subscribe.
How do I search for a product?
You may type in the name, brand, price or type of product you are looking for at the Search tab found in the upper-right hand corner of the page. If you are not familiar with the details of the product you are looking for, the products are organized by Categories and Brands, to make navigation easier.
Making a Purchase
Do I need to register to be able to purchase from GoodFood.ph?
No. GoodFood.ph has a guest check-out feature which allows a customer to buy from the site without requiring customer to sign-up.
Is there a minimum/maximum limit in purchasing?
No. However, if you would like to get free delivery, a minimum spend of ₱1,500 is required. Otherwise, a delivery fee of ₱200 applies.
How to order?
All orders are processed through our website. You don’t need an account to purchase a product. Access the different categories in our page or type the keyword/s for the product you are looking for at the search bar. Once done selecting your purchase, please proceed to your cart for review, then press the checkout button. Upon checkout, fill out the required fields and select a payment method.
How can I pay for the items I purchased?
Goodfood.ph will accept the following forms of payment: via credit card, cash on delivery (“COD”), and store credit.
Credit card payments will be coursed through Paynamics. Your card is pre-authorized at the time of making your order, with the payment being taken from your card once the order has been processed, upon sending the acknowledgment or confirmation email.
Goodfood.ph also accepts cash on delivery on selected areas of the Philippines.
How will I know if my transaction is successful?
You will receive a GoodFood.ph Order Invoice via the email address you used to register.
What are the available payment options?
You can pay with either credit card or devit card (via PayPal) or COD
How do I track my order?
Upon ordering, you should receive a confirmation email from us. Once we have dispatched your package with our courier, you will receive another email that your order has been shipped. Along in this email is your airwaybill number which you can use to track your package via the courier's website.
COD transactions may be tracked by contacting goodfood.ph via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you accept Cash On Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash On Delivery nationwide in areas covered by our courier.
When should I expect to receive my package?
Your orders will arrive within 4 business days if within Metro Manila and within 8 business days if outside Metro Manila.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship to addresses in the Philippines.
When can I expect delivery?
4 business days within Metro Manila; 8 business days outside of Metro Manila
How do I track delivery?
You will be updated via SMS by our logistics partner once your package is on its way.
Returns & Exchange
Can I still cancel my order?
Apologies but we can no longer cancel your order as it has already been processed and dispatched with our courier.
Can I return my order?
Yes, as long as you comply with our return policies. Kindly click this link: https://goodfood.ph/terms/ for more information.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from shipment date. Returnable items must not have been purchased as sale items, must be returned in their original packing, including gift boxes, non-woven bags including the tag and label, and items must not have been consumed.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, we accept return and exchange as long as you comply with our terms and conditions: https://goodfood.ph/terms/. For exchanges and store credit refunds for non-damaged items, you are responsible for shipping costs back to goodfood.ph and goods must arrive in good condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
How can I return my order?
To return an item, you may send an email at email@example.com with the subject : "Return" inclusive of photos of the item in its original packaging.
Once we have received your email, we will review the request and photos. We will then inform you the next steps on returning the item. Requests are processed within 12 business days. Refunds for the purchase will be in the form of store credits on your personal account in goodfood.ph.
What are considered defective items?
Defective items include:
• Expired items at the time of delivery
• Spoiled items
• Items whose packaging has significantly been damaged beyond usability.
Exchanges are only available for different flavors/variants or sizes of the same product.
How do I cancel my order?
Go to MY SUBSCRIPTIONS, select the plan you want to cancel and click REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION. You'll get notified via email on the status of your request.
